Do you provide a web site where I can view call details records and my account status?
When you have signed up as a subscriber of the Jinni Mobile Service, you have a User Name and Password with which you can log in to the Members webpage to view the Call Details Records (CDRs) and accounting records of your usage in a certain period by simply stating the start date and end date.
A corporate account holder can also have the facility to view all the CDRs and Accounting Details of usage of employees authorized to use the Jinni Mobile Service. Full accountability is available to help you manage your communication expenditure.

How do I buy additional credit amount for use with Jinni Mobile Service?
You can buy additional credit in any one of the following ways:
- Purchase credit on-line by logging-in to the Members page as a subscriber with your User Name and Password. You can buy credit in certain preset amounts or in larger amount that you specify. Payment is made through PayPal or Moneybookers. Note that you can use any of the popular credit cards to add funds in your PayPal or Moneybookers account.
- Purchase a Eco123/Jinni Prepaid Charge-Up Card available in amounts of US$20, US$50 and US$100 from your local resellers. When you enter the credit code of the Jinni Charge-Up Card in the keypad of Jinni Mobile, the credit balance amount is increased by the amount of the charge-up card or the token. (The charge-up request is sent by SMS. Your SIM must support SMS sending in order to use this charge-up method. There may be a charge from your SIM provider for sending the SMS.)
